About Your Role
The role of the National Business Manager is to drive strong commercial relationships with some of CCEP Australia’s largest and most strategic customers. As a member of the National Accounts Team, your ability to demonstrate superior account management is essential. You will need a solutions-focused mindset which will be focused on solving business problems. This will largely be driven by your ability to work effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
Examples of key activities include but are not limited to driving for best practice in; promotional calendar planning, forecasting, and accrual management. You will also rely on your exceptional communication skills to translate aligned Customer Strategies into plans that can be executed by the CCEP field team.
This role will be offered as a 15 month max term contract
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing and negotiating with major National Customers, including understanding customers KPIs and P&L
- Developing and implementing Joint Business Plans and promotional plans
- Leading Range Reviews considering category, customer & CCEP objectives
- Providing strong forecasting accuracy and S&OP management
- Ensuring that we deliver against strategy
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A proven track record in sales/business/account management
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- The ability to work with agility in a dynamic and fluid environment
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Prior FMCG experience highly desirable
- Working with one of the world’s most recognisable brands
