Description:

The Asset Inspector role provides an opportunity for a self-starter to enjoy a balance of office and field work, supporting the maintenance of council infrastructure asset records by carrying out asset inspections and asset condition surveys. The role will require the ability to, or willingness to learn how to, use Council asset inspection software. We will support the right applicant in gaining training and development within the role.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • a Certificate III in Engineering/Roads and Infrastructure or similar discipline, or 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role;
  • demonstrated knowledge of Asset Inspection, terms, techniques and processes;
  • strong written and verbal communication skills; and
  • a commitment to continuous improvement and embracing change.
