Necessary Skills And Experience
- Looking for an enthusiastic and engaging leader who can build the PMO into a centre of excellence for Project Delivery
- Must have demonstrated expertise in the conversion of strategy into operational requirements
- At least 8+ years proven leadership experience including overseeing a PMO or transformation function
- Demonstrated experience in financial services or another highly-regulated environment ideal
- Ability to develop, apply and refine a Governance Framework to oversee the portfolio, and balance project practice best practice, project agility and appetite for risk
