About the role

We are looking for a Site Administrator to support one of our public infrastructure projects based in Perth, WA.

Key responsibilities

  • General admin support for Office Manager and Senior Managers
  • Scheduling client meetings
  • Meeting minute taking
  • Diary management
  • Coordination of functions and events
  • Expense reconciliation (raising purchase orders)
  • Onboarding support for new starters

You will have

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have minimum of five years administration experience preferably in a construction environment.
  • Advanced computer competencies in all Microsoft Packages.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment with a proactive adaptable attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role.
