ur client is a Chartered Accounting practice that provides a broad range of accounting, taxation and tailored professional advisory services.
They take a pro-active approach to their clients long-term financial needs including structuring and restructuring, succession planning, superannuation and asset protection.
They are on the lookout for a Client Service Administrator to assist the Client Manager and Practice Manager on a daily basis.
- Maintaining all areas of client services administration for the teams clients
- Maintenance of data base & saving of correspondence where required
- General client service requests including calling the ATO as well as updating of the ATO agent portal
- Various ad-hoc client administration services where required
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years Administrative experience
- Experience working in an Accounting practice (highly considered)
- Knowledge of Xero (highly considered)
