Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers. The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it "never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got'.
Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia's #1 spring water cooler business; it's an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.
In 2022, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in systems and processes, digitizing and modernizing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing your role will be to lead the team at our Malaga, western Australia site to optimise supply chain performance and meet the demands of the marketplace as defined in the Neverfail business plans while achieving the highest quality and efficiency outcomes to deliver product at the optimal cost.
This role will be offered as a 12-month Max Term Contract.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- the safe manufacturing of high water products
- Co-ordination and management of maintenance to ensure production supply, efficiency and continuity
- Oversee Warehouse, transport and inventory management
- Budget and cost management
- Change management and Continuous Improvement
- Food Safety, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety standards compliance
- Engaging, coaching and developing Neverfail SA site team members
- Contractor and Vendor Management
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- Minimum of 5 Years' Experience in Leading/Managing Teams within a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred; experience in the beverage manufacturing industry will be an advantage)
- Project Management skills and experience is an advantage. Demonstration of collaboration, teamwork, communication, time management, problem solving and critical thinking
- Proven track record of managing relationships and building partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Knowledge on Food Safety, Quality/Safety/Environmental (FSQSE) Management Systems
- Demonstrated capacity to drive continuous improvement and manage change
- Strong coaching and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in the use of ERP systems is an advantage, specifically MS Dynamics
Change Management experience will be an advantage.
