This position will report to the Safeworking and Traffic Management Coordinator and will be responsible for providing high quality, safe and consistent Traffic Control activities across various projects in the Pilbara.
The position requires someone with a high level of motivation and self-discipline, ensuring a strong commitment to health, safety, and quality to deliver on client expectations.
You will have the opportunity to assist the leadership team with quality assurance and compliance, ensuring systems of work and output meet KPI's and comply with company and client policies, drive a continual improvement mindset, and deliver on scheduling requirements.
This position is available for residential applicants (local to Karratha & surrounds)
We would like to hear from you if you have the following:
M1 Rail Safeworking (Rio Tinto)
Ability to pass a Category-3 Rail Medical
White Card/Blue Card
Hold a certification of accreditation for Basic Worksite Traffic Management & Traffic Controller.
Current & Active Australian C-Class Drivers Licence
Demonstrated at least 1 year of traffic control duties in a similar environment or industry (mining or civil)
Sound understanding and high regard of health & safety obligations in accordance with legislation and client policies.
A high degree of communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
