Are you a people-person with a knack for making things right? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Operator and be on the frontlines of delivering exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day will involve:
Answering and addressing customer inquiries through emails, social media messages, and incoming phone calls.
Taking charge of customer issues, resolving them efficiently and ensuring our clients have a positive experience.
Collaborating closely with our marketing, retail, and distribution teams to streamline customer interactions.
Playing a key role in optimising our AI-powered chat bot on our website to guide and assist our online visitors with FAQs and other easy-to-answer questions.
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience is essential.
Experience in selling footwear in a retail setting is highly preferred.
Past roles in customer service will be advantageous.
Proficiency in Shopify and Gorgias platforms.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Skills & Attributes:

Eagerness to learn and pick up new skills.
Willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
Patience and understanding when dealing with challenging situations.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
