About the role:
Provide efficient and comprehensive administrative and roster support services in accordance with Barunga Village quality assurance standards.
Responsibilities of the role:
Assisting administration and finance team with general duties as required including:
Rostering: Prepare timely and accurate standard delivery rosters and communicate effectively to the stakeholders.
Ensure that the day-to-day roster is covered in a timely manner, including managing short-notice shift fill and variation of roster.
Reception and switchboard service
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Coordination of mail outs and associated services
Maintaining electronic and manual filing system
Any other duties commensurate with the employee’s skills and experience as directed by the Administration and Finance Manager.
About you:
No formal qualifications required. Certificate III in Business Services is a plus.
Experience in administrative and rostering support services, much better if in aged care.
Proficient with computer use.
Effective communication skills.
Proficient time management. Ability to prioritise.
A genuine empathy with the elderly.
Ability to work well in a team, use initiative and follow instructions as provided.
