The Opportunity
An Exciting opportunity exist within the People and Culture Directorate to join us as a Principal HR Business Partner (ASO7) to support WCHN to be a leading and respected organisation by coaching managers to enable a great culture, enhance the capability of our workforce, create high performing interprofessional teams, support continuous improvement and optimise staff wellbeing.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide expert consultancy services in human resources management, development, and employee relations
Establish productive working relationships and resolve complex HR issues in line with SA Health policies
Offer advice on position classification, remuneration, disability management, grievances, disputes, and misconduct matters
Assist and Coach managers to promote a positive culture and enhance workforce capability
Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in Leading HR teams across various HR functions.
Strong interpersonal and oral/verbal communication skills for effective communication and negotiation.
The ability to work independently, manage projects and deadlines, and set priorities effectively.
A Proficiency in conducting complex investigations, analysing data, and developing solutions.
Experience interpreting and applying laws, policies, and awards and applying them to achieve business goals.
The ability to Design and evaluate HR policies and initiatives.
An Understanding of contemporary HR practices and public sector policies.
Familiarity with change management and organizational development.
Familiarity with person-centered care and consumer engagement principles.
