Dr Chau's Dental is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team on a Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual basis across the Rosny Park and Hobart practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assist our Clinicians in providing high-quality dental care to patients.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.

Our successful candidate:

• Proficient in dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental software systems is an asset.
