- Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, budget preparation, and meeting coordination, to ensure smooth operation of strata properties.
- Serve as the primary liaison between strata owners, residents, committees, and external stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication through various channels.
- Oversee all financial aspects of strata management, including budgeting, fee collection, payment processing, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency at all times.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and bylaws governing strata properties, ensuring compliance, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for common areas and facilities, from identifying issues and obtaining quotes to overseeing the completion of work to high standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to strata owners and residents, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency, fostering positive relationships within the strata community.
