Our client, a well-known family-owned company in WA, with over 60 years in the industry are looking for a Showroom Coordinator to join their team.
This is a Full Time permanent position Tuesday to Saturdays, to start immediately. If you're a customer-focused professional seeking an opportunity to promote high quality products, working with customers seeking their dream living space, this role is an excellent opportunity for you! Graduates with a background in interior design looking for industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Welcome customers into the showroom, providing great customer experience
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying updated on new releases
- Offer product and style advice to customers, assisting them with selections
- Make bookings for customer viewings
- Maintain display ,showroom presentation
- Respond promptly to telephone, email, and website inquiries
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience in sales, showroom or interior design
- A degree in interior design or related field will be highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Collaborative mindset, with honest communication
- Independent and flexible time management skills
- Drivers license and car
