What You Will Do: As a Personal Care Worker with PresCare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience. Your responsibilities include providing personalized care, completing thorough documentation, fostering a collaborative team approach, and delivering safe, high-quality care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Who You Are:
- Hold a minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in the same).
- Bring experience in providing daily care and activities to clients.
- Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain).
- Please note - Covid Vaccinations are no longer a requirement
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Contract Type: Permanent Part Time Contract
- Hours: Minimum 20 hours per fortnight
- Salary Range: base rate of $28.25 to $31.90 per hour (Depending on experience) + 11% Superannuation+ NFP salary packaging + allowances
