We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Sydney CBD team. In this role you will provide exceptional administrative support to the General Manager and Property Manager by implementing and adhering to business practices/processes/systems.

You will implement customer centric portfolio property services in accordance with the management agreement in order to maximise the financial/operational performance of the portfolio as well as assisting the broader team with tenant relationship management and implementing tenant engagement plan within the assets. Your strong attention to detail will be complemented by your ability to build effective internal and external relationships. It is essential you possess strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire and passion for the property industry, promote Investa and actively engage in industry bodies/events. It is preferred that you have either a degree in Business, Property Economics or experience in property management.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records and accurate and audit ready at all times
  • Liasing with tenants and feeding back to the team
  • Assisting Property Managers on inspections
  • Working closely with the marketing team
  • Event managment
  • Facilitate the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy related documentation to assist in the effective management of assets
  • Work closely with the Property Managers to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activities
  • Assist with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetable
  • Prepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review letters
  • Assist with annual audit processes for assigned assets.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Competent in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in administrative capacity in a corporate environment
  • Preferable to have either a Degree in Business or Property
  • Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.
