We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting trainer to join our Business School , under the Finance Talent Development Dept (FTDD), and its primarily responsibility is to develop talent for the Finance Service Line and the company at a Group level. The Division includes personnel serving as instructors, course content developers, subject matter experts in talent management. The personnel also serve as coordinators by working with SMEs from various business segments (Controllers, Treasury, Group Finance, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit) in designing and delivering courses.

In addition, Finance Admin Area is responsible for bi-monthly keynote speaker series and other specialized certification programs (CFA, CPA, CMA, CIA, IFRS). The successful candidate will: Plan, design and develop curricula and coordinate with SMEs from various business segments (i.e., Admin Areas) to develop courses in accounting, finance and other business domains, and in most cases, co-deliver the courses with SMEs from relevant business segment; identify and make recommendations of new course offerings in consultation with SMEs from various business segments and make consistent effort to update course materials with new knowledge and participate in planning initiatives and successfully complete ad-hoc tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • As the successful candidate, you will hold a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or in a related discipline from a reputable University.
  • Possession of relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA, CA) is required.
  • You should have a minimum of 10 years of related work experience of which at least 5 years in training and development space, and experience in oil and gas industry is preferred but not required. Evidence of leadership in projects, ability to effectively work in a team environment, and excellent communication skills are required.
  • Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
  • Australia or New Zealand native or currently living/working in Australia or New Zealand

Alternatively, employees may obtain housing in the local communities outside of the Company communities, for which we provide a rental assistance allowance.

  • Voluntary Group Life and Accident Insurance: you may enrol in a voluntary program providing term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage equal to 12, 18, 24 or 30 times your monthly base salary. Favourable group rates keep the premium low.
  • Short-term Disability: In the event you are unable to work due to illness or injury, short-term disability income benefits are provided. The benefit is 30 days full pay and 60 days at three-quarters pay, in any one year period.
  • Death Benefit: Company pays an ex-gratia death benefit equal to 24 months base pay if death is from an industrial accident and 12 months base pay if death is non-industrial related.
