Tasks may include but are not limited to:Meet the daily care needs of a customer within the customer home, both physically and psychologically.Deliver appropriate health care procedures and medication administration (as accredited), bowel care and catheter care.Applies appropriate sensitivity and interpersonal skills to manage interactions and effectively advocate for customer outcomes by supporting customer choice and decision making. About YouAppropriate tertiary Enrolled Nurse qualification; including holding Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Medication Endorsed, desirableYou have a valid NSW Drivers C class licenceYou have a mobile phone you are comfortable using for workAn understanding of NDIS services and programs is helpful (though not essential)Must be fit to undertake the physical requirements of customer support, including the capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted.You are punctual with a friendly nature and want to help make a positive impact on the lives of residents within the community How to ApplyIf you can see yourself in this rewarding role, please apply online today.
