The Role Reporting into the GM of membership & engagement, you will;Coach and mentor a team of 3. Ensuring performance and delivery is to a high standard.
Work on the annual marketing strategy, supporting the business objectives, ensuring your personal target is achieved.
Oversight of the budget and spend, ensuring targets are achieved within budget and on time.
Heavily involved in the brand, digital, transactional marketing, website and social media management.
Experience
Marketing Management experience which has involved a blend of management/ mentorship, and hands on experience.
Experience in Strategy and Campaign planning, able to execute end to end. Ability to manage budgets and spend, with proven experience of achieving targets.
Can provide expert advice within marketing, content & communication space.
A membership or NFP background would be preferred but not essential.

This role will offer up to $140,000 + super, prorata to the 6 months.
