All positions are paid under the "Harvey Industries Group PTY LTD Meat processing & By-Products Enterprise Agreement 2018" (EBA) as per the classification listed with each role. Any additional overtime or penalties are paid as per the Agreement.

All advertised roles are full time permanent positions. Ordinary hours of work are 38-hour week, currently working between Monday to Saturday. Rosters and start times vary, depending on the role.

Level 2 under the EBA will be $26.78 per hour

About The Role

• Able to work on repetitive tasks
• Previous experience in a physical demanding role
• Duties involve cleaning, upkeep, and sanitation of the site across a 7 day per week, 24hour operation; cleaning department floor areas; De Bagging, weighing and strapping, packing meat products, labelling, identify different cuts of beef for packing, using Cryovac Machinery, loading of containers, wrapping pallets and organizing stock, manual lifting duties(frozen cartons), and pushing beef carcases in the Chillers.

All Workers Will Require The Following

• Physically fit, with the ability to work within a highly proactive and successful team
• Ability to work in a team autonomously
• Knowledge of food hygiene and government regulations or willingness to learn is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing plant environment, legislative health and safety policies, practices, licenses, and procedures will be highly regarded.

All roles are located at the Harvey Beef Processing plant in Harvey WA. Harvey is a regional town located in the Southwest of Western Australia along the South Western Highway, between Pinjarra and Bunbury. The work will start as soon as possible and is ongoing.
