YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.
Part of your day-to-day will involve entering and processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, maintaining the online ordering system, and actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services.
Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through phone and email interactions. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team itself to other areas of the business.

- Prior experience in a similar office-based customer service role
