As part of the Leadership team, reporting directly to Head of Customer Solutions, you'll:

  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to 6-10 Inside Account Managers
  • Support your team in developing their skills through regular coaching and training sessions.
  • Ensure that your team is high performing and the members are culturally aligned and aware of how their role impacts business strategy.
  • Enable the team to conduct face-to-face client meetings by building the capability, in order to provide a positive customer experience
  • Accurately report to senior leadership on performance and keeping them updated on the strategy.
  • Work with other sales team leaders to drive revenue growth results, e.g. Marketing, Sales Operations

You will have the following experience:

  • 5 years of sales management or team leadership experience
  • More than 5 years experience within a Sales or commercially focused Account Management role
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Managing F2F sales or commercially focused Account Management teams
