Job DescriptionCasual roleBased at 3 / 83 Coonawarra Road, Winnellie NT 0820The Despatch / Warehouse personnel are responsible for the preparation and despatch of sample containers and delivery / collections of such at client's work site or office.
Additionally, Despatch / Warehouse personnel are responsible for further general duties as directed.Reporting to the Supervisor, the role will focus on : Labelling of all containers for clientsWashing of containersDosing of containers that require preservativesCleaning of all eskiesDespatch of eskies (to clients and Eurofins satellite offices)Filling of DI waterCompleting and despatching of sample container ordersLoading and unloading of items (from delivery trucks)Sample container delivery and sample pickup.
QualificationsAbout YouTo be successful for this position, you will need to demonstrate the following qualities and characteristics : Excellent written and oral communication skillsKnowledge of standard office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills and ability to the job training will be provided, along with the use of our systems and programs.
Previous exposure to a warehouse environment would hold you in good stead, however our successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
