THE ROLE:
This Legal Assistant role is is a fixed-term contract for an initial 6 month period. Supporting up to Partner level, some of the duties you would be expected to carry out are as follows:
Diary Management
Filing
Monthly billing
Client liaisons
General administrative duties
Booking travel arrangements
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered a desirable candidate for this position you will possess the following attributes:
Have five years of experience in a legal support role
Have previous experience in the Corporate practice area
Be highly organised
Have excellent communication skills
Have the ability to take initiative
