- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple entities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with employment conditions and awards.
- Process employee changes promptly and efficiently.
- Oversee payroll deductions, superannuation, and tax-related tasks.
- Handle month and year-end activities, including reconciliation with the General Ledger.
- Administer Workers Compensation documentation and liaise with insurers.
- Provide timely and organized reporting to HR management.
- Adaptability and efficiency are essential for success in this dynamic role.
Requirements:
- Possessing over three years of experience as a payroll officer
- Effective relationships both internally and externally- Team player- Excellent Written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills contribute to consistently meeting deadlines and demonstrating initiative.
- Proficient in Micropay
