- Manage inventory and ensure that all products are properly stored
- Pick and pack orders for shipment accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies
- Communicate with other team members to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Ensuring goods received and goods dispatched into the facility are accurately received with the correct quantity and items
- Communicating effectively with personnel and the team leaders
- Accurate picking and packing
- Identifying any stock issues or variances and investigate accordinglyRequirements
- Have at least 2 years' experience in a pick and pack role
- Demonstrate good Numeracy and literacy skills
- Show a great can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Recognise the importance of working together as a team
- Show a passion for doing a great job
- Enjoy working in fast paced environment as a team and individually
- Be physically fit and strong
- Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and time management
- Have a high level of attention to detail
