Description:
Key responsibilities include;
- Oversee the daily operation, administration, and support of the enterprise IT systems.
- Implement IT changes within an ITIL framework to prevent adverse impacts on the business.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for resolving technical issues.
- Maintain current and effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Support and engage with a diverse customer base across office and site-based locations.
- Collaborate and work efficiently with other teams within the broader IT group.
Requirements:
The successful candidate:
- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role supporting and managing large-scale IT environments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure and PowerShell.
- Strong working experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare virtualization, and Office 365.
- Sound understanding of data center servers and storage systems.
- Experience with backup software, preferably Commvault.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Happy to work in-office for first 3 months.
