Description:
The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate, develop, and publish marketing collateral across various digital platforms.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and writing style conventions, overseeing website updates and content publication.
- Manage the creation of multimedia assets like podcasts, including script and content review.
- Monitor and analyse content performance to optimise channel effectiveness and priorities.
- Support the maintenance and updating of the company's Intranet, including website refreshment.
Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with decision-making skills and resilience.
- Comfortable and experienced in navigating fast-paced professional service environments.
- Demonstrates exceptional initiative, foreseeing potential issues and proposing solutions proactively.
- Methodical, organised, and efficient, consistently delivering tasks to high standards with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in branding and graphic design concepts, with an understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal, capable of collaborating within a small, professional team.
- Willingness to accommodate work on Tuesdays following public holidays.
- Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 6 years' hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or copywriting.
- Proven track record in developing and managing social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in WordPress (and other relevant platforms).
- Preferably experienced in using MailChimp and HubSpot.
