Description:
- Process payroll accurately for up to 200 staff and in a timely manner using ADP payroll software.
- Verify time sheets, deductions, and other payroll data to ensure accuracy.
- Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, and commissions as needed.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a payroll officer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, legislation, and regulations.
- Proficiency with ADP payroll software and MS Excel.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
