Description:

The key responsibilties will include:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with management, team members, internal & external stakeholders
  • Participate & contribute in teamwork activities
  • Provide accurate specialist advice & guidance regarding the delivery, operation & use of ICT and potential business benefits.
  • Participate in the development of products and testing
  • Providing timely level 1 & level 2 support to internal & external system users

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • A hard-working and ambitious attitude to work
  • Prior experience working within ServiceNow ITSM Tool
  • Prior experience in Government / Public Sector IT departments
  • The ability to translation technical jargon for non-tech users
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
