Description:



  1. Prospecting and Research: Utilise various methods such as phone calls, travel, conferences, and online resources to identify and research potential clients.


  2. Market Identification: Identify new markets and recommend strategies for their development to expand Cevol's reach.


  3. Strategy Development: Work closely with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement sales and business strategies aligned with company objectives.


  4. Planning: Develop short and long-term plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue targets and market expansion.


  5. Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with both existing and potential clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.


  6. Presentations: Coordinate presentations to showcase Cevol's capabilities and offerings to clients, aligning with strategic business development goals.


  7. Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights to support overall business objectives.

Skills & Abilities Required:



  • Sales Closure: Demonstrated ability to effectively close sales and achieve revenue targets.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships.


  • Presentation Skills: Proficiency in developing and delivering compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.


  • Time Management: Exceptional time management skills with a focus on planning and organising activities effectively.



Selection Criteria:



  1. Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role or similar, with a focus on providing solutions-oriented approaches to customer needs, preferred but not essential.


  2. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.


  3. Team Contribution: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing positively to the organisation's goals and objectives.
