Description:

Key Responsibilities:

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT:

  • Drive creative content plan across channels targeting key customer groups.
  • Collaborate with digital team for cohesive paid and native plans.
  • Manage content review with PR & Communications coordinator.
  • Develop and execute social media strategy, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Curate engaging content, monitor emerging social channels, and report statistics.



MARKETING & EVENTS:

  • Develop and achieve budget targets, manage invoices and payments.
  • Implement seasonal content strategy and maintain Marketing calendar.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and brand partnerships.
  • Plan and execute consumer activation's and evaluate campaign success.



PR & MEDIA:

  • Write media releases, execute new store opening campaigns.
  • Promote seasonal marketing literature to media.
  • Analyze campaign success, maintain media relationships.
  • Coordinate merchandise packs, oversee stock control, manage customer queries.



AGENCY MANAGEMENT:

  • Establish and manage relationships with PR and content agencies.
  • Review and monitor agency output, update service contracts as needed.



CENTRE PARTNERSHIPS:

  • Oversee Centre marketing activities and promote store openings.
  • Communicate with Centre management teams, coordinate marketing material.

Requirements:

Successful Candidate:

  • 5 years + experience in Marketing, Retail experience is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working with agencies, senior stakeholders, media etc
  • Previous experience managing direct reports is essential.
  • Strong digital skill set, across social media, paid ads, SEM/SEO, website and email marketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
