Description:
- Guiding and leading IT Strategy to exceed client expectations
- Initiating new processes and procedures
- Working closely with Global IT team and vendors
- Being a point of contact for higher level technical issues
- Construct Technology road map for Server, LAN/WAN, Infrastructure, storage, database and middle-ware platforms
- Ongoing Maintenance and optimization of SAP Landscape
- Managing On site support team including 3rd Party vendors
Requirements:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing SAP Solutions
- +5 years experience in managing Help-desk/Service delivery environment
- Experienced with ITIL processes
- Strong leadership experience
- Experienced in creating and implementing new procedures
- Budgetary experience
- Customer Centric
- Good technical skills, someone who isn't afraid to be hands on
- Experienced within Networking, telecommunications systems and Desktop and Laptop operating systems
