Description:
· Provide preventative and reactive maintenance to achieve optimal operational requirements, whilst maintaining safe work practices
· Monitor, resolve and escalate identified issues involving plant and equipment
· Work with hydraulics and pneumatic
· Repair and maintain plant and equipment such as chains, belt and conveyor transport systems, compressors, pumps etc.
· Assist with maintaining an improving processes and systems
· Display sound fault finding techniques possessing the ability to diagnose down to root cause and implement permanent corrective countermeasures as required
Requirements:
- Possess relevant trade qualifications and experiences
- Experience in installation, operation, service, fault finding,repair and maintenance of plant equipment such as chain, belt& roller conveyor transport systems, saws, compressors,vacuum systems & pumps, water and chemical dosing pumps, heat exchange and other systems pertaining to poultry husbandry or egg processing and associated plant services.
- Competent at basic oxy acetylene gas, ARC/MIG/TIG welding repairs with Stainless Steel/Steel/Aluminium.
- Basic welding knowledge an advantage
