The role involves all aspects of marketing for the development business, from inputting into overall branding and marketing strategy, to implementing tactical initiatives to generate quality leads, originating and executing collateral, liaising with media and advertising agencies, creating and implementing social media/digital strategy, as well as market research and analysis.
Ideally the successful applicant will show prior substantive experience in project marketing of property developments to ensure value is added expeditiously. Attention to detail, proactive drive and energy and strong communication skills are all essential as is the willingness to focus on everyday objectives as well as bigger picture strategy.
