Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies around demand and supply planning, Logistics and customer service to be aligned with corporate objectives to drive operational excellence.
  • Create a positive performance-driven culture by defining and monitoring critical KPIs for demand planning, supply planning, and overall supply chain operations. Lead initiatives to surpass operational benchmarks.
  • Oversee demand planning processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance accuracy in forecasting and responsiveness to market dynamics.
  • Implement supply planning initiatives, optimizing inventory levels, production scheduling, and distribution strategies to meet market demands efficiently.
  • Drive the positive collaboration with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Implement a comprehensive risk management framework, fortifying the supply chain against disruptions and instigating agile responses to unforeseen challenges.
  • Spearhead initiatives to optimize costs across the supply chain, demonstrating fiscal acumen in managing budgets while upholding the commitment to quality.
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging industry best practices, cutting-edge technologies, and data analytics to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive data analytics to elevate supply chain visibility, forecasting accuracy, and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to regional and international regulations governing supply chain operations, safeguarding its reputation and integrity.

Requirements:

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable executive-level experience (10+ years) in supply chain leadership roles within global organizations.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a track record of successfully driving transformative initiatives.
  • Strong communication and influential leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse functions.
  • Proven success in implementing process improvements and cost optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge supply chain management software and advanced analytics tools.
  • FMCG industry background is a must.
