G4S provides security for a major energy provider to ensure they have a safe and hazard-free environment to operate in. We provide asset protection, access control, maritime security, concierge services, CCTV operators, and foot and vehicle patrols at Karratha Gas Plant, Western Australia.
ABOUT THE ROLE Our Facility Security Officers are skilled and trained to support our energy client to deliver energy safely.
They patrol vast areas and are part of an Initial Response Team for emergency responses, provide surveillance, deescalate abnormal incidents and liaise with Police, perform drug and alcohol tests, and assist all staff, visitors and contractors onsite.
Expressions of interest are now open for Karratha locals interested in being specially trained on facility security services and systems, work health and safety procedures, and how to report safety and security hazards or breaches.

87 an hour for ordinary hours. The penalty rates are $41.70 an hour for night shifts, $49.30 an hour on Saturday's, and $62.
74 an hour on Sunday's. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Candidates must live locally in Karratha.
- Hold a Western Australian Driver's Licence.
- Hold a Western Australian Security License - Static Guard / Crowd Control
- Hold a Certificate II Security Operations
