Description:
In this role you will:
- Lead, mentor and coach the learning and development of direct reports
- Influence and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee all tasks on projects where nominated as a Project Manager, including leading effective client engagement, replicon management, completion of case studies and tender engagement reports, and knowledge sharing
- Develop and deliver on the approved portfolio strategy & business plan
About you:
- Tertiary degree (Bachelor level) in Civil Engineering, or Geology or Engineering Geology disciplines and RPEQ/CPEng or equivalent
- 15+ years experience in the engineering consulting or construction industry, including at least 5 years in management level
- Exposure to multi-discipline engineering or construction delivery
- Experience in working on major tenders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to create effective teams to maximise the productive ability of individuals while maintaining a focus on portfolio objectives and organisational goals
- Excellent skills in geotechnical engineering and / or geology and engineering geology disciplines
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including other EIC portfolios and teams, and CIMIC OpCo clients
