7 Month Contract Position (Full-Time)

About Us

Sole Focus Podiatry & Wellness is a growing podiatry and wellness clinic seeking a motivated and driven team member to join us for a 7-month contract (full-time). We offer a supportive and progressive work environment with flexible hours (no weekends!), birthday celebrations, team dinners, and more. We genuinely care about our staff and provide full training support on-site in our brand-new, modern clinic.

About the Role

This fast-paced and dynamic role will see you as the face of our business. You'll be responsible for greeting clients, facilitating customer traffic, and coordinating and managing the podiatrists' schedules. Other duties include processing payments, booking appointments (including managing time slots and cancellations), invoicing, following up on outstanding accounts, supporting the podiatrists with daily tasks, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic and reception area.

Working Hours

• Full-time contract (June - December 2024)
• Start date - Monday 3rd June 2024
• Monday - Friday with work hours ranging from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
• One late finish per week: Tuesday night until 6:30 pm
• Possibility of contract extension based on performance

About You

We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:

• Prior experience working in reception/administration roles
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent computer skills
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Ability to take initiative and manage additional tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
