Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Participate in the hands-on functions within Inbound, Dispatch and Inventory admin departments.
• Support outbound functions including picking, packing, and dispatching orders using wave picking methodology.
• Reporting invoicing and packing list discrepancies against purchase orders.
• Identifying and reporting best before and expiry dates of products.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and audits.
• Aid in receiving and storing incoming shipments.
• Assist in loading and unloading courier vehicles as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment always in accordance with WHS standards and policies.
• Act as a business leader, driving change and improvements alongside operations projects.
• Executing warehouse functions in alignment with GoodnessMe brand vision and values.

Core Requirements:

• Experienced with warehouse management systems and its various pick methodologies such as Wave and Batch picking. (Experience with. WMS also advantageous)
• Comfortable working with carton weights up to 25kg.
• Valid Forklift License favorable but not essential.
