The client:
A successful privately owned Australian developer delivering and retaining a number of mixed use assets, with a Melbourne HQ and predominant focus in Victoria but with projects spanning interstate. 

With a nimble inhouse team spanning acquisitions, development, design, project management and accounting, they have had success over the years and with continued growth they are looking to bolster their established team.
  
The role:
Reporting to the Director, you will be an ingeral part of the sucess of the business; managing a small team of development staff and working closely with acquisitions to ensure the sucess of the continued, growing pipeline. 

You will have a strong focus on front end phase of the development life cycle, working through design, and achieving town planning approval, negotiating AFL’s and supporting the PM’s through tender and delivery.
  
The candidate:

• Have a property related degree
• Experience working in any non resi development – industrial, mixed use, retail, social infrastructure and childcare
• Comfortable working across numerous projects at varying stages of the project life cycle
• Solid exposure to AFL’s, working with tenants through the development cycle.
• Have solid front end experience 
• Be suited to the pace and collaboration of a private working environment
• Have a positive mindset 
• Our client is looking at a variety of skills levels, so will entertain both DM's stepping up and more established SDM's with the proactive nature required to be successful in this role.
