The Kitchen
There is a fully equipped commercial kitchen tailored to the delivery of a fine dining experience. Big focus on working with local suppliers to make sure everything is sourced locally, and using nothing but Australian produce. Sustainability and cutting down on waste is a big focus.
The Role
The client is looking for someone coming from a technical background moving up the ranks as a Sous or Jr sous in a fine dining background with hatted or Michelin experience and the ability to lead and inspire a small team of 6 chefs.
What the client is looking for:
• Hatted or Michelin experience.
• Someone who has a drive for excellence and wants to push the boundaries with cooking amazing, local produce.
• Good mentor or guidance with their team.
• Problem solver and dynamic.
