We are looking for a new team member to to join our fast growing team for Front of House. The role will be a casual position at first and will then likely grow into a permanent position in a near future. The approach of Skin to Heart Wellness Clinic is through our transformative and holistic approaches to skin health, Skin To Heart is committed to wellness on a whole new level. What will this role entail?

• Front of house responsibilities.
• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Setting up and closing of the clinic.
• Unpacking deliveries and restocking retail shelf.
• Using the body LED treatment room for clients.
• Greeting all clients.
• Expected to work 2 late night shift per week (1pm to 7pm), in some cases, required to cover other staff members throughout the year when away on holidays.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• curiousity about health, beauty and wellness.
• Have previous experience in a similar role for at least 1-2 years.
• Does not need to have clinical experience treating clients.
• Potentially have retail and customer service experience.
• interest in skincare and topical ingredient technologies.
• A team player who is dedicated to providing a welcoming and pleasant client experience.
• Well groomed.
• No Saturday work unless required, but kept to a minimal.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour depending on experience. 

Expected hours: 7 – 15 per week
