About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Decorator/ Stylist with Retail Experience and product knowledge in furniture and homewares to join our team. Our team delivers exceptional retail experience to our customers in store and also offering in home decorating and styling services. This is a full time position ( 5 Days) which includes Saturdays with no late nights or Sunday trading .
Potential career growth to the Design team
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing decorating advice and product information to customers on our furniture and homewares product range both instore, in-home and virtually.
- Offering product and styling solutions to customers both instore, in-home and virtually.
- Retail sales targets and KPI’s
- Preparing online orders and accessories selections for the design team
- Building excellent relationships with customers
- Ensuring the immaculate presentation and styling of the retail store on a daily basis
About You
You will have experience in furniture and homewares retail sales with a strong customer-centric focus. Styling and/or Decorating experience is advantageous. Ideally, you have completed, or are currently completing a qualification in interior design or decoration. Creative and with a passion for interiors, you understand the value of delivering customer service that exceeds expectation.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you will be:
- Passionate about interior design and decorating
- Capable of thriving in a luxury retail environment with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and POS systems
- Exceptional customer service delivery
- Ability to engage and connect with clients and meet monthly sales targets
- Organised and efficient, with a high priority for accuracy in your work
- Calm under pressure and comfortable multi-tasking
- Happy to work part of a busy team whether this be instore or onsite
- Current licence and own vehicle
