This successful market leader based in the Hills District has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to come and lead their team.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your responsibilities will include, however not be limited to:

• Picking, packing, invoicing & dispatching orders
• Assess stock usage and maintain correct stock levels
• Receive and label new stock into Warehouse
• Unloading pallets 
• managing the team and ensuring all staff members have clear direction in expectations 
• Conduct cyclic and end of year stocktakes and manage discrepancies
• Assist with processes and procedures
• Liaise with freight companies to book and follow up deliveries, and obtain POD’s
• Ensuring all customer’s expectations are met and/or exceeded
• Liaising with internal departments regarding urgent orders or discrepancies
• Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse

Please note this role has early starts of 5.30am!

To be considered for this role, it is essential you will have:

• Experience in Warehouse Management
• Highly effective interpersonal skills and good verbal/written communication abilities.
• Forklift Licence
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Hard working approach
• Strong leadership and management skills with a very ‘hands on’ approach
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and ‘think on your feet’
• Excellent attention to detail
