About us
Capital Build is a growing developer/builder which builds Class 1 buildings (Duplexes, Triplexes and Town Houses) across Sydney and the Greater Sydney Region.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in an EA role
- Exceptional communication and writing skills and a strong conversational manner
- Exceptional time management skills
- The ability to diarise important deadlines using Calendar in Outlook to prioristise meetings, payments and following up invoices
- Strong MS Office skills in particular with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Sound knowlege of social media management including posts on instagram
- Extensive experience and knowledge using Xero
- Problem-solving abilities
Tasks & responsibilities
- Diary and email management for the Managing Director
- Workflow assistance across the wider administration and accounting team
- Document preparation for executive meetings & minutes
- Construction experience prefferred, but not essential
- Financial support including expense reconciliation
- Business management tasks including arrangements for uniforms, furniture, stationary, grocery and business cards
- Social media management
- Assisting with system processes
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of the Managing Director
- Managing office staff and keeping office tidy
