The role will see the successful applicant advise on a range of commercial contracting and technology matters including negotiating customer, supply and carrier contracts, assist bid and sales teams with legal responses, provide consumer and privacy law advice, support the business with corporate activities, such as, M&A opportunities, ASX issues, special projects, banking and finance, risk management and Co-Sec matters,  policies, legislation/ regulation impact analysis.  

  
This role offers an interesting and diverse role working amongst a collegiate and fast paced environment.  The role would suit a lawyer of at least 5PQE and would also be suitable for a very experienced lawyer.  The role requires strong communication skills including solid drafting, negotiation and advisory ability.

The company offers flexible working arrangements WFH two days a week, a competitive salary package and would consider someone working full or part time.
