RETCo Holdings Pty Ltd is currently looking for an experienced allocator / scheduler to assist within our transport scheduling division. 

This will be a shared position alternating between morning and afternoon shifts.

Position involves:

• Daily updating of job roster spreadsheet
• Create, allocate & release tasks on our electronic digital system to drivers and subcontractors
• Contacting clients regarding truck requirements for following day
• Co-ordinate subcontractor availability
• Advise task release via SMS messaging system
• Managing enquiries from drivers, subcontractors and clients

Qualifications / Experience

• Demonstrated Scheduling Experience: Proven ability to manage challenging/changing workloads and schedules.
• Communication Excellence: Clear and precise communication skills, both written and oral.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients.
• Advanced Computer Skills: Proficient in computer software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
• Goal-Oriented Contributor: Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to the organization's goals and visions.
• Building Trust: Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a range of stakeholders and staff.
• Microsoft Office: High level of proficiency is essential

Experience in a similar role transport role is preferred but is not essential.
