Intro Recruitment is searching for a Civil Supervisor who will be responsible for the delivery of road construction projects across Regional Queensland and Northern New South Whales. 

The successful candidate will gain a permanent position with a civil contractor who has delivered road construction, bulk earthworks, and flood recovery projects to a high quality. 

Your Position

• Oversee delivery of civil earthworks, road/pavement, drainage and structural scope of works. 
• Ability to interpret and execute contract plans. 
• Complete project guidelines in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Liaise with both client and external subcontractors.
• Supervision of allocated resources and control of labour. 
• Understanding and pioneering a strong attitude towards Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures and policies
• Willingness to work in regional locations on fly in/fly out capacity. 

Your Qualifications  

• Minimum Certificate IV in Civil Construction. 
• Construction White Card
• Previous Supervisor experience on road infrastructure projects (DTMR  preferred) 
• Strong understand of Australian OH&S Standards and DTMR Specifications
