An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Vocational Trainer and Assessor to join an established team of professionals in our busy RTO, and play a vital role in the overall success of our Organisation.

 To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience conducting assessments in accordance with the Training package requirements, including online submissions
  • Previously delivered Individual Support, Disability and/or Community Services training
  • Links and current experience working within the Aged and/or Disability Care industry
  • Be able to assist in the identification of employment opportunities
  • Display strong initiative and a willingness to support and facilitate long term outcomes 
  • Ability to promote students to industry and employers
     

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40110 (including TAELLN411 & TAEASS502)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or demonstrated equivalence)
  • Certificate IV in Disability (or demonstrated equivalence)

A background working with disadvantaged clients, would be strongly considered, but is not essential. So, if you are loyal, ambitious and highly organised with excellent administrative, computer and communication skills and are looking for your next challenge, then this could be the role for you!
