We are now embarking on the exciting journey to diversify our services into the aged care sector. We recognise the growing need for compassionate and specialised care for the elderly, and we are committed to extending our expertise and dedication to this demographic. To spearhead this expansion, we are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead our new business development initiatives in aged care. The successful candidate will be engaged on an initial 6-month contract term, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for diversifying our services into the aged care sector, aligning with our core values and mission.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the aged care industry, including residential care facilities, community organisations, and government agencies.
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of aged care, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement efficient business systems to support the delivery of high-quality aged care services, emphasising compassion, dignity, and respect for the elderly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of aged care services with our existing programs, fostering a holistic approach to care.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities in aged care, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting our commitment to quality care and the positive impact of our services.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred). 
  • Proven experience in project management and business development, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in aged care, with experience in policy and procedure development.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful business initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
